How does an Integrative approach work in correcting hormonal imbalance?
An Integrated approach works by altering the hypothalamic and pituitary functions i.e., mainly by regulating the “hypothalamic-pituitary-ovarian axis”. This may include various modalities which not only balances your hormones but leads you towards a healthier lifestyle and better quality of life.
What does the program include?
The program comprises 4 steps:

- Identification of the cause of hormonal imbalance
by taking a complete history and assessment including previous medical records and lab tests.
- Detoxification
sometimes using Panchkarma and associated modalities like Basti, Abhyanga, Swedana etc. as per requirement.
- Lifestyle modifications
plan including diet, yoga, sleep regulation.
- Stress management
During a state of chronic stress, progesterone is used up and converted into cortisol, the stress hormone. We try to keep the levels under check using Yoga and Meditation as our primary tools.

Included tools
Along with this, exercise recommendations, stress management, relaxation, meditation techniques, breathing practices and others will be offered as needed. Yoga instructors can be provided as per your suitable dates and time during the program.
