Our program is designed to help you feel terrific, truly fuel your body with what it needs, and learn how to break the food addictions caused by the types of the diet today. With this program, you will be free of brain fog, increase your energy, decrease inflammation in the body, and heal your gut. More importantly, you will learn how to eat and nourish your body for optimal health, weight, not just now, but for the rest of your life!
The program comprises of three phases
- Assessments
Prakriti evaluation, Diagnosis and Tests to understand the root cause of Weight gain/loss.
- Detoxification
Cleansing the body internally with the help of fasting therapy and other natural treatments like hydrotherapy, massage therapy, mud therapy, wet packs, yoga etc.
- Proper Nutrition
Restoring the body with a nutritious balanced diet and maintaining it.
Duration: 7 days to 3 months depending on different conditions, body types, complications and associated factors.
Living by the covid times and considering different locations, we also have a program which runs virtually. This consists of face-to-face calls, email, over the phone – whatever fits your busy schedule to help you succeed. During these sessions, you will learn how to focus on real foods with intermittent fasting, the art of eating and be provided with supportive weight loss recipes and food ideas based on your lifestyle and habits.
Included tools
Along with this, exercise recommendations, stress management, relaxation, meditation techniques and others will be offered as needed. Virtual yoga classes will be conducted as per your suitable dates and time during the program.
