Dr Hiren Yagnik obtained his medical degree from Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences in Bengaluru in 2008. He is practising Ayurveda in its purest form for the last 13 years. He has also received advanced training in Nadi Pariksha from Bengaluru; Panch Karma from Kerala; Ayurvedic Dentistry from Rashtriya Ayurveda Vidyapeeth; New Delhi; and Yoga from Swami Vivekananda Yoga Anusandhan Kendra, Bengaluru.

After becoming a medical doctor from the Indian Institute of Ayurvedic Medicine and Research, Dr Jyoti Yagnik went on to be specialized in Panch Karma therapy. Her focus is on nutrition, using herbs and ancient principles of Ahara and Vihar among the other modalities.
She has studied clinical nutrition at VLCC Institute.
